Link: Why Good Leaders Make You Feel Safe

This TED talk explains my thoughts on leadership well:

Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne; love and faithfulness go before you. (Psalm 89:14)

Righteousness is a beautiful thing. Using power to love others is foundational to leadership.
